In this course, you'll look at the two fundamental types of meditation. I'll introduce you to a rare and uncommon approach to meditation that I have dubbed "Non Technique Meditation," and give you the keys to a modified form of its practice.

This type of meditation has been hidden from the masses for centuries and only given to a select few by spiritual masters privy to its existence.

You're going to be learning a whole new way to meditate, and you're going to have to stand on your head for this one (figuratively, of course). Once it sinks in and you've tried it, you'll begin to think about meditation in an entirely new way.
